RS CONCRETEPLUS CONCRETE PAVING SYSTEM ON A NANO LITHIUM INDUSTRIAL FINISH WEARING COURSE IN A COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN POLINYÀ.

This new project presents a continuous concrete pavement with a 20cm. thick screed reinforced with glass fibres, on a compacted gravel base, subsequent mechanical trowelling on a wearing course polished with quartz silica, with a contribution of 3kg. per m2. grey colour for a layer thickness of 2mm., finishing the pavement with our RS ConcretePlus System with the industrial finish treatment ST400+ finished.

With this treatment we present a finish with a smooth texture and a shiny appearance preserving its naturalness, the result is spectacular, thanks to the excellent work of our professional team and the continuous development of our RS ConcretePlus System by our flooring manager.

Why do we recommend that concrete floors are treated with our RS ConcretePlus System?

RS ConcretePlus is a high strength treatment for industrial and decorative concrete floors, based on the leading lithium silicate technology in chemical curing and sealing, with a range of different finishes with either a gloss or satin appearance providing full protection against water, water borne salts that cause deterioration, erosion, and corrosion.

How does our RS ConcretePlus treatment react on concrete floors?

In concrete, sodium and potassium react violently by their nature, creating calcium irregularities all over the untreated surface, allowing water to enter the substrate over time, shortening the life of the concrete, due to surface wear, dust, chemical deterioration, environmental erosion stains, as well as attracting moisture which can cause cracking of the surface.

Our RS ConcretePlus treatments based on Nano Lithium technology plug these reactions, as the Nano Lithium and silane molecules are very small they can penetrate deep into the pores of the concrete forming a barrier against water and salts, reacting more completely with the calcium compounds, creating denser and stronger bonds, providing more protection against mechanical wear and chemical attack, being insoluble so it will not attract or absorb moisture, leaving the concrete surface more stable and less likely to crack.

In addition, our RS ConcretePlus System complies with anti-slip regulations and is certified to health regulations.
