RS Tecnología certified as an official applicator for Weber Saint-Gobain.

On 15 October, RS Tecnología carried out an important training session with one of its main suppliers, Weber Saint-Gobain. This training not only allows to deepen in the use of their materials, but it is also essential to be certified as Weber applicators, ensuring that all works comply with quality standards.

The day began with a theoretical part, where they learned more about the properties and applications of the materials used. Theoretical training is key to improving the precision of each product, optimising its performance and ensuring maximum durability on site.

Afterwards, they moved on to practice, where the entire RS Tecnología team was able to apply the materials in-situ, thus reinforcing the knowledge acquired. We would also like to highlight the active participation of the operators, as it is crucial that they are properly trained to carry out the works correctly and efficiently. Guaranteeing optimal results in each application.

RS Tecnología and ACSA-Sorigué in Sevilla.

One of the RS Tecnología teams worked together with ACSA-Sorigué to repair the surface of the Avenida de la Cruz Roja in Seville.

 

RS Tecnología was in charge of the surface preparation using the RS AsphaltPlus system. This process included the roughing and cleaning of the entire surface, followed by the application of RS BituPlus, the bituminous slurry exclusive to RS AsphaltPlus. Finally, a fine grinding was carried out to remove excess grout to prepare the surface for further application.

 

Once the pavement was ready to receive the new system, ACSA-Sorigué was in charge of the application of Firbond. Firbond is a system for the finishing of surfaces, which consists of the application of a resin on flexible and rigid pavements, providing anti-slip and anti-fuel features. Firbond is a system suitable for both pedestrians and vehicles.

RS CONCRETEPLUS IN GANDESA

Gráficas Salaet, with a business history of more than 50 years, is one of the leading companies in the sector of the manufacture of products packaged in sustainable paper and cardboard packaging for the food industry. Salaet's management team decided to expand its facilities by building a new industrial building in Gandesa (Tarragona).

Our flooring manager studied and designed a customised composition to create the best concrete floor for the client. In this project, an HA-25 concrete floor was formulated with a thickness of 20 cm, reinforced with metallic fibres, incorporating additives and with a wearing course.

RS CONCRETEPLUS IN PONT D’ARMENTERA – TARRAGONA.

One of the leading textile brands in our country in specialized fabrics for exteriors and interiors, has reformed part of its facilities located in Pont D'Armentera (Tarragona), Tuvatextil has relied on RS Tecnología to execute the decorative polished concrete pavement.

 

One of RS Tecnología's teams has poured and spread the concrete for the subsequent implementation of the RS ConcretePlus system, to transform a concrete pavement not suitable for use into a decorative polished concrete pavement suitable for use.

 

In this project the chemical treatment has been carried out with the RS ConcretePlus lithium nano-technology, it is a system to achieve a durable polished concrete surface and easy maintenance, it is excellent for sealing the pavement achieving a resistance to factors that can stain and wear the concrete.
