This new 15cm thick concrete floor is reinforced with glass fibres and treated with lithium nanotechnology, using the RS ConcretePlus System with the industrial finish, a highly resistant treatment for industrial and decorative concrete floors.

NEW PROJECT WITH THE RS CONCRETEPLUS SYSTEM TO THE NEW LABORATORY OF OPTICA SALAS IN REUS.

RS ConcretePlus is a system based on the latest technology in lithium hardeners and sealants that provides us with greater hardness to decorative concrete floors and optimal waterproofing.

This week, we are working on this pavement with our RS ConcretePlus System with the decorative finish, where we will transform the concrete with a continuous porcelain pavement, this system will provide us the following advantages, greater hardness to the pavement, resistance to the wear, an optimal waterproofing to the chemical agents and fast to apply without having to interrupt the production, where the final result is to obtain a continuous decorative pavement, in this case with a careful selection of aggregates, where we will redefine the beauty and the design.

Can a decorative polished asphalt pavement be restored?

RS Tecnología was in charge of carrying out one of the most important urban works in the capital of Burgalesa, El Bulevar del Ferrocarril, which until 2008 crossed the city from east to west through the southern area. It was built in the mid 19th century and its urban design was carried out by the prestigious Architects Herzog & Meuron, turning it into a great avenue of more than 10km of decorative polished asphalt pavement, replacing the railway lines that used to structure the city into a real civic axis, EL BULEVAR.

Today, one of our teams has carried out the first maintenance, where the features provided by this decorative pavement make it easier to carry out the work quickly after years of traffic, wear, stains and damage. Polished asphalt pavements are easily and quickly restored to their original appearance thanks to our RS AsphaltPlus System.

RS TECNOLOGIA IN MALLORCA

One of our RS Technology teams has travelled to the City of Palma to carry out the RS AsphaltPlus System by means of the Boulevard finish in different streets of the Capital, a continuous, flexible and decorative pavement, in which the technicians have chosen to integrate a combination of decorative polished asphalt for the pavements and conventional asphalt for the road traffic.

In this new project where we have worked together with Aglomsa, we want to emphasize the adaptation of the streets in unique platform, where the objective has been to gain spaces for the pedestrians and to guarantee their security, realizing our System RS AsphaltPlus that includes a non-slip treatment that besides providing a pleasant, comfortable and solid pavement for several public spaces, it also provides us a safe surface thanks to its special additives. (RD>45,class3).

RS TECNOLOGIA AGAIN IN VALENCIA

The City of Valencia has once again placed its trust in the RS AsphaltPlus System, this time in the town hall square, converting the largest and most central square of this city into pedestrian areas where the citizens already enjoy the comfort that this decorative flooring provides.

A new project where the technicians have designed a pavement continued to carry out a study of the composition, using an MBC with red and white aggregates, to receive the subsequent treatment of polished decorative asphalt RS AsphaltPlus with the TopPlus finish.
