RS ASPHALTPLUS - CONSTRUCTION SITE SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE - PICOS DE EUROPA

Recalling one of the beautiful projects executed in 2021.

In RS Tecnología we are always in continuous development in innovation of our decorative systems, providing the pavements with an anti-slip finish, safe even against bad weather and resistant to the annual thermal amplitude.

In this new project designed to receive our RS AsphaltPlus System, we have executed the RS Boulevard finish with our latest state-of-the-art polishing technology on a red mastic asphalt.

A fully finished decorative pavement, certifying with our RS AsphaltPlus System the maximum safety for pedestrians, complying with class 3 regulations for anti-slip pavements.

This project presented a significant difficulty of execution due to its steep pedestrian ramps, which was no impediment for our highly qualified team, successfully completing this great job.

RS TECNOLOGIA - WE FINISHED THE REMODELLING WORK ON LAS LLANAS IN BURGOS - RS CLASSICPLUS SYSTEM

Today we want to share with you that last May we finished the works of the first phase of the Remodelling of Las Llanas, and this is how beautiful the new pavement based on polished pebbles has been, using our RS ClassicPlus System with a final RS ProtecPlus treatment, bringing to light a colourful pavement that is being liked by neighbours and visitors.

 "A very safe finish", this is what the technicians have mentioned, we have carried out different tests to check that the pavement is not slippery. A pavement ready for the Burgaleses to enjoy the VIII centenary of the emblematic Cathedral of Santa Maria, on July 20th is 800 years since the laying of the first stone, an architectural complex of medieval trace that for decades is one of the areas of celebration of the city.

We are happy and proud to know that the Director of the work, the team responsible for the project and the citizens are delighted and surprised with the final result.

RS ASPHALTPLUS - NEW PROJECT - BIZKAIA

RENOVATION WORK ON THE PAVEMENT OF THE SANTANAPE PELOTA COURT IN GERNIKA

Polished mastic asphalt paving in indoor sports areas.

The technicians for this project have opted for a decorative mastic asphalt pavement, using a composition of a mixture in variable proportions of natural asphalt, bitumen, and different types of aggregates, designed to receive our RS AsphaltPlus System, which provides us with excellent performance.

The decorative polished mastic asphalt pavement is the preferred pavement for the sports practice of professional pelotaris, due to the good practice of ball bouncing in its different modalities, for its adherence, flexibility, and its safety in being able to slide on the floor without suffering serious burns, thanks to our continuous development in decorative pavement treatment, which allows us different and optimal finishes by means of our RS AsphaltPlus System.

POLISHED ASPHALT - RS ASPHALTPLUS – PAÍS VASCO

 

One of our RS Tecnología teams has executed a new RS AsphaltPlus polished asphalt mix with the Boulevard finish on the emblematic Kale Nagusia Street in the town of Usurbil, Guipúzcoa, known for its tourist sites. A new urban project designed with a single platform, increasingly integrated in our cities, an urban road focused on guaranteeing the mobility of citizens in a safe and accessible way.

The study of the composition of the mix with the combination of different types of aggregates guarantees a decorative pavement of high quality and durability, with features that make it unique, achieving the finish chosen by the client, a design ready to receive our RS AsphaltPlus System, a continuous polished asphalt pavement, flexible, decorative and safe thanks to its special additives, including an anti-slip treatment that complies with current class 3 regulations.

RS ASPHALTPLUS WORK ITINERARY FOR WALKERS AND CYCLISTS IN SANT JULIÀ DE VILATORTA

 

We have been part of a beautiful project in Sant Julià de Vilatorta.

A new pavement designed to receive our RS AsphaltPlus decorative system.

This project consists of the creation of a new itinerary, both for pedestrians and bicycles, linking the core of Sant Julià de Vilatorta with different itineraries to improve the connection.

In this itinerary, a 5 cm thick asphalt pavement has been laid on a base of gravel. Our RS AsphaltPlus RS Decorative System with Boulevard finish has been applied on the surface of this pavement, thus transforming the current appearance of a conventional road into a decorative pavement with a continuous terrazzo-type aggregate.
