One of the teams of RS Tecnología has made a new decorative concrete pavement RS ConcretePlus, for a private house in the town of Capçanes (Priorat).

In this project RS Tecnología has been in charge of supplying, pouring and spreading the concrete pavement with specific natural aggregates, designing a customized decorative pavement for the property.

The pavement development technician of RS Tecnología, has formulated the mixture of a special concrete to avoid shrinkage cuts, achieving a continuous polished concrete pavement, reaching surfaces of up to 500m2 without any type of joints. In the formulation of the mixture, glass fibers are added to reinforce the concrete mass, increasing resistance and decreasing cracking. Adding to the decorative concrete mix a combination of pigments to achieve the earthy color desired by the client. The preparation of the concrete slab, which was 6 cm thick, was applied on radiant ground.

The Town Council of Falset asked us to build a multisports court in the Euterpe area, a beautiful project that we have done with great enthusiasm, a welcoming area of the village where adults and children of Falset can now enjoy doing various sports activities.

This project presents a concrete pavement with a 15 cm thick HA25 screed, reinforced with glass fibres, followed by a wearing course with a 5 kg m² of high resistance quartz, hardening the surface with our Nano Litihuim technology, which provides a long life to the pavement against abrasion and weather conditions, totally finished with our RS ConcretePlus Sports System, where we have executed the appropriate coefficient of adhesion on the wearing course for the good practice of sport.

This new project presents a continuous concrete pavement with a 20cm. thick screed reinforced with glass fibres, on a compacted gravel base, subsequent mechanical trowelling on a wearing course polished with quartz silica, with a contribution of 3kg. per m2. grey colour for a layer thickness of 2mm., finishing the pavement with our RS ConcretePlus System with the industrial finish treatment ST400+ finished.

With this treatment we present a finish with a smooth texture and a shiny appearance preserving its naturalness, the result is spectacular, thanks to the excellent work of our professional team and the continuous development of our RS ConcretePlus System by our flooring manager.
