RS ASPHALTPLUS - WORK ON THE PUENTE DE PIEDRA, LOGROÑO

Architectural Heritage Restoration.

RS Tecnología has been commissioned to carry out the decorative treatment of the new continuous polished asphalt pavement on the pavements of the Puente de Piedra, using our RS AsphaltPlus System with Boulevard finish.

This action includes the fitting out of the entire roadway with a single platform, a new project that guarantees accessibility and safety for pedestrians, the main beneficiary of this connection to the historic centre, being the Puente de Piedra one of the symbols of this city over the Ebre River and the place of entry of the Camino de Santiago to the city of Logroño where every year more than 15,000 pilgrims arrive through the Jacobean route.

CRS CANARIAS - WORK ON LOS JARDINES DE ABAMA RESORT - TENERIFE

Los Jardines de Abama is the new project of Abama Luxury Residence, a brand new luxury resort in the south of Tenerife, located in the municipality of Guía de Isora and one of the most incredible real estate developments of recent years, chosen as one of the most exclusive destinations in the archipelago.

The development, which is currently being built with 48 luxury tourist homes and spectacular sea views, will be available from spring 2021, designed by Estudio Coderch Urbanismo y Arquitectura. A new project that is presented with construction and decoration materials that combine the highest standards of quality and respect for the environment.

This exclusive development has our RS AsphaltPlus System, providing a high level of decoration to the pedestrian accesses of the luxury homes.

RS TECNOLOGIA - LAS LLANAS WORKS - WORLD HERITAGE SITE

We continue with the works in the capital of Burgos.

This week we are in full execution of the works in Las Llanas.

The reform of Las Llanas is one of the most ambitious urban rehabilitation projects of those developed in the historic area of the capital in recent years due to its location at the foot of the famous Metropolitan Cathedral Basilica of Santa Maria.

RS TECHNOLOGY - BUILDING SITE BURGOS

This week we are in full execution of our RS AsphaltPlus System on a mastic asphalt pavement. Renovation building of the pavement of the sidewalks, located in the Av. Castilla y León/ Farmacéutico Obdulio Fernandez, a new polished asphalt project in the city of Burgos.

RS AsphaltPlus is a continuous and flexible decorative polished asphalt pavement developed by RS Tecnología, with properties that make it unique. The study of the type and composition of the mixture for each particular case and the flexibility that is asphalt nature provides guarantees a high quality and durable pavement.

Its design makes it an attractive architectural solution for urban environments and the combination of different typologies of aggregates and colours allows original and customized creations.

RS CONCRETEPLUS DECORATIVE FINISH - NEW PROJECT - CONTINUOUS PIGMENTED MASS CONCRETE PAVING - LATEST LITHIUM TECHNOLOGY

Paving concrete is specially designed to provide a homogeneous, durable surface with relatively low maintenance costs. The wide range of combinations of textures, different types of aggregates and a wide range of pigments means that concrete pavements can be customised for each project. In addition, if we apply lithium technology, we provide them with an extremely hard inner layer that provides a high protective density, being at the same time breathable by capillarity and resistant to abrasion, also providing maximum protection, high performance waterproofing and excellent colour enhancer.
