RS AsphaltPlus in Cartagena.

The town of Cabo Palos is reforming its old shopping center to build a new one of 64.000m2, this time one of our teams of RS Tecnología has made the polishing of asphalt agglomerate with the RS AsphaltPlus system in two adjacent squares to the shopping center.

RS AsphaltPlus transforms the asphalt agglomerate pavement into a decorative polished asphalt pavement, providing an attractive and cohesive aesthetic with the environment. Thanks to the different compounds in the asphalt mix, we obtain an unlimited range of designs, highlighting the personality of each project and location.

The RS AsphaltPlus polished asphalt process is a safe pavement for pedestrian areas, complying with European anti-slip regulations, providing comfort and safety to pedestrians.

RS AsphaltPlus in Ibiza.

Last month one of the teams of RS Tecnologia performed the intelligent polishing system RS AsphaltPlus on two sports courts, one for soccer and one for basketball, located in the school Blanca dona in Ibiza.

Our team executed the RS AsphaltPlus RS Boulevard finish RS AsphaltPlus system on the asphalt agglomerate, transforming it into a decorative polished asphalt pavement safe for users, since our process complies with European anti-slip regulations RD>45 class 3 that certify it.

The asphalt agglomerate is an ideal material for sports courts due to the high performance it provides such as shock absorption, they are not rigid pavements since its binding material is bitumen which by its nature is flexible, getting to run the entire pavement in one piece without expansion joints or shrinkage cuts.

RS AsphaltPlus in Palacios de la Sierra - Burgos.

One of the teams of RS Tecnología carried out the polishing of asphalt agglomerate with the RS AsphaltPlus system with RS Boulevard finish, executing almost 1.000m2 on sidewalks in the town of Palacios de la Sierra (Burgos).

With this system we roughed the first layer of asphalt agglomerate to visualize the aggregates that make up the asphalt mixture, transforming an asphalt agglomerate pavement into a decorative pavement of high performance polished asphalt.

The RS AsphaltPlus system complies with current European anti-slip regulations (Rd>45 class 3), which allows us to certify our process as safe for pedestrians.

RS CONCRETEPLUS IN LA AMPOLLA – TARRAGONA

One of our RS ConcretePlus teams has made the RS ConcreteST 400 finishing system in a private garage located in La Ampolla - Tarragona.

In this project we have worked together with the company Escoda Construccions who has prepared and executed the concrete floor, for its subsequent application with our technology in chemical treatments based on Nano-Lithium.

The RS ConcreteST 400 system is indicated for concrete floors providing greater hardness and an absorption of almost 0%, transforming the floor into a decorative polished concrete pavement suitable for use.

In this project we have executed the following lithium-based treatment systems:

- RS ConcreteHard Lithium, a hardener treatment to give it long-lasting protection against deterioration and stand up to moisture, dust and dirt accumulation.

Ended of the first phase - Paseo de las Caletillas, Candelaria.

A few weeks ago our subsidiary CRS Canarias, performed the intelligent polished concrete system in the improvement works of the Paseo de las Caletillas in Candelaria, Tenerife. In this part of the project we performed two types of decorative finishes on the concrete, bush-hammered and matt polished, making a visual mix of textures.

In this phase of the project we made the polished concrete system RS ConcretePlus, with our nano-lithium based treatment RS ConcreteHard, which makes the pavement more resistant to factors that damage or wear the concrete, in this case the proximity of the pavement to the beaches of Candelaria is ideal to cope with the alkalinity and waste that damages the concrete.

In the second phase, our RS AsphaltPlus polished asphalt system was used and we will publish the process later on.
