RS AsphaltPlus in Cornellà de Llobregat.

One of our RS Technology teams has performed the intelligent polishing of the asphalt agglomerate to transform the surface into a decorative polished asphalt pavement, this project is located on the Paseo dels Ferrocarrils Catalans in the city of Cornellà de Llobregat.

In this project we want to highlight the great design made by the department of development and product (DDP) of Sorigué, through adapted formulations have customized the design of the pavement, using light shades through the use of pigments and using more than 70% of ivory colored aggregates, being a light colored pavement helps to increase the reflectance of the pavement and helps to reduce the heat island effect.

Do you know what are Lithium treatments in concrete?

In RS Tecnología we apply Nano-Lithium based treatment systems, we do not use "standard" products.

The application of lithium treatments are systems that require machinery, tools and qualified personnel. Our RS ConcretePlus equipment with Nano-Lithium silicate based treatment systems, transform the concrete slab NOT suitable for use in decorative, commercial and industrial pavements of polished concrete suitable for use, improving the performance that concrete has by nature.

These treatments utilize advanced Nano-Lithium technology that penetrates the concrete slab deep through the capillary network of the concrete, creating a chemical transformation reaction with the free lime located within the cement.

Urban Renewal with RS AsphaltPlus polished asphalt system in Malaga.

Malaga has undergone an urban regeneration project in Carreterias street, the actions carried out have been to recognize the historical character of this street, which is the intermediate road between the central core of the population with the neighborhoods outside the city walls.

This project focuses on reducing vehicular traffic by giving priority to pedestrians and public transport, increasing the landscaped area and planting new trees. Creating a single platform of pedestrian preference, reducing the width of the roadway and widening the sidewalk.

One of our teams has polished the asphalt agglomerate with the RS AsphaltPlus system located on the roadway, as this system is suitable for road traffic. In this action the technicians have chosen the RS Boulevard finish with red pigment in the two phases of the work, thus achieving a decorative polished asphalt pavement.

RS AsphaltPlus in the redevelopment of the surroundings of Sant Andreu Comtal station.

The redevelopment of the surroundings of the Rodalies station is one of the interventions that were carried out this spring to improve the public space of the district. These actions were carried out with the aim of promoting sustainable mobility, increasing pedestrian space, improving connectivity and promoting public transport.

One of our RS Tecnología teams polished the pavement around the Sant Andreu Comtal station. In this pavement they executed the RS AsphaltPlus system with the RS Boulevard finish, transforming a pavement of asphalt agglomerate into a decorative pavement of polished asphalt.

The RS Boulevard finish is intended for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic, it is a system to cover the texture that the agglomerate has by nature, thus achieving more durability to the decorative polished asphalt pavement.

NEW RS CONCRETPLUS PROJECT IN PASEO DE LAS CALETILLAS - CANDELARIA.

Our subsidiary CRS Canarias has realized the intelligent polished concrete system RS ConcretePlus for exterior urban pavements, in the improvement works of the Paseo de las Caletillas in Candelaria, Tenerife. Carried out to revitalize and rehabilitate this stretch of the coastline with the idea that it will become an attraction for the local population and tourists, who will have a new enclave where they can stroll and enjoy the coastal environment being a key location in the supply of maritime leisure.

In this part of the project the architect in charge has designed a concrete pavement HM-25/B/20/I with pozzolanic cement resistant to sea water, selecting two of our types of finish:
